Eureka is an experimental pop up he created where he serves 20 guests with an 8-course menu that costs around $160 per person. While there are some who may question his ability as a chef, he became popular fairly quickly thanks to his training and his unique take on classic dishes.

According to News.Com.Au, he is already in the process of opening his own fine dining restaurant and may become one of the youngest honorees on Zagat's 20 under 20 Los Angeles list. He's gotten the nickname as the "Justin Bieber of Food" because at just 17 he's already listed as one of Time Magazine's 25 most influential Reens in both 2014 and 2015.

"What I'm doing is not normal (for people my age) but it's normal to me. Food is the only thing I want to do," he shared on The Morning Bulletin. The young culinary prodigy describes his cooking as progressive American because he has freedom to use whatever ingredients or techniques he likes.
