Hello! Today's manicure is very simple and elegant and it's perfect for the prom season.
Let's start with the ring finger. Add a piece of tape in the middle of the finger and apply the colour you want. I'm using olive green colour (Golden Rose Color Expert 92). Then remove the tape and let it dry. Apply the same colour on the other nails too. Place your rhinestones around the cut out and finish with a matte top coat. I've used drop shaped and square shaped rhinestones.
It's very easy and fast nail art design.
