Jason Derulo Lists His Home For Sale

Reports have it that Jason Derulo has listed his 13,000 sq ft Coconut Creek mansion in Florida for sale. The singer who purchased the crib for $1.75 million in 2012, will be selling it out for $2.9 million.  The home features include seven bedrooms, a game room, full gym, and poolside bar.

Jason recently bought a new crib in Tarzana, Calif for $3.5 million.
